Javier Fernando Portocarrero was born and raised in Lima, Peru where he achieved his bachelor degree in Civil Engineering at the Ricardo Palma University. After graduating, he spent 7 years working in the civil and construction field— specifically mining, communication towers, apartment buildings, and schools. In 2001, he moved to Miami, Florida in search of greater opportunities and has lived here since. Javier has dedicated two decades working under two General Contractor companies in several positions such as Chief Estimator, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. His scope of work focused mainly on residential, commercial, municipality, and government projects as large as 200 million dollars contracts.
Javier founded this company in 2007 where he mainly focused on structural concrete shells. Now in 2021, he renewed his company and company name, working alongside his son Javier Luis and his daughter Daniela who followed along their father’s footsteps and went towards the construction field track.
Javier’s many years of experience will be able to successfully provide customers with untiring and one-on-one full general contractor services for respective residential and commercial projects.

Daniela Portocarrero was born in Lima, Peru and moved to Miami, Florida at the age of 3. Growing up going to school at Miami-Dade Public Schools, she remembers “Take Your Child to Work Day”— where she would get to accompany her father to his job at a construction office. This is one of her first exposures to the construction field and would join her father at work any chance she could. In high school she enrolled in several Advance Placement classes and heavily involved in after school activities such as president of Mu Alpha Theta, Vice President of her Senior Class, and a math tutor. This led her to achieve success in applying for college where she was accepted into the University of Florida’s School of Architecture in 2016.
Throughout her time at UF, she was an active participant in her program and school. She successfully made it through the program’s Pin-Up process that required her to intelligently display her work from the first two years of studio classes. This would allow her move onto the Upper Division of Architecture and complete her degree. In conjunction to these achievements, she received top ten in a Digital Architecture project, worked alongside a professor as a teaching assistant for a Design 3 class, published a Senior Year Thesis project, and was on the Dean’s List for several semesters.
In May of 2021, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor in Design of Architecture despite. In the future, she will apply for a Master’s program to be able to complete the process of becoming a licensed architect. Now she is joining her dad and brother in Porto Construction LLC. and hopes to apply her 5 years of studies into the field. As a Miami native, she understands the dynamics of this city and its people and will provide a thoughtful approach working in this company.
